This is the description from our happy customer! “The frame was to commerate my participation as a National Park Service (NPS) architect with the US Air Force (USAF) in preserving and interpreting the Minuteman II Missile System at Ellsworth AFB in South Dakota. Two sites, Delta-01 and Delta-09 were set aside by the USAF to interpret the story of the Cold War. These sites were deemed to be of national significance and transferred to the NPS to become Minuteman Missile National Historic Site. This frame contains memorabilia from the dedication and personal acknowledgement for my role in over 9 years of service on the project”.
